At Sit Happens, we want you to love your gear as much as you love your chaotic fur baby. If something's not right, we'll fix it.

We offer refunds for:

  • Wrong items sent (our bad!)
  • Damaged or defective products

The timeline: Request your refund within 30 days of purchase.

Product care: For gear that lasts through all the chaos, follow the washing and care instructions included with your order.
